What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can lead accurate estimating, project planning, cost control, and construction coordination from tender through delivery.

I've delivered construction estimates, tender submissions, and project coordination across local and international projects for CERV Property Solutions, Build Metric, Summit Design Build, Designature Construction Services, and D.M. Consunji, Inc.

At CERV Property Solutions, I prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity takeoffs for landscape, pool, pest, exterior, and janitorial work. I review plans and scopes, source vendor pricing, and develop proposals for recurring services, repairs, replacements, and one-time projects.

At Build Metric and Summit Design Build, I managed estimating from project review through tender submission and supported projects from planning through completion. My work includes BOQs, RFQs, cost build-ups, schedules, constructability reviews, budgets, and coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Earlier, I managed residential construction operations at Designature and led project execution, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, reporting, and handover at D.M. Consunji. I'm a licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines and an MSc Structural Engineering candidate.
