What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my construction estimating and structural engineering background to commercial or residential projects where I can produce accurate takeoffs, resolve scope questions, and continue growing in project delivery.

I prepare quantity takeoffs and bid proposals for U.S.-based commercial and residential projects at Bold Estimation, using Bluebeam Revu to interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.

I estimate exterior siding, sheet metal, waterproofing, and roofing scopes, including flashings, trims, weather-resistant barriers, gutters, and downspouts. I also draft RFIs to resolve plan ambiguities and confirm scope assumptions before finalizing competitive estimates.

My structural engineering background supports accurate document review and construction coordination. Previously, I supported site inspections, documentation, progress monitoring, and material delivery scheduling as an Assistant Site Engineer at T2B3 Builders Corps.
