I am a strategy, programme and impact professional with over five years of international experience across the private and non-profit sectors, working across Europe, MENA and East Africa.
My experience combines sustainability and ESG, social impact strategy, programme development and cross-regional project delivery. At PageGroup, I managed social impact initiatives across six regions, contributed to the development of the company's global sustainability communications strategy, and built and implemented an impact measurement system to improve ESG data collection and support decision-making. I also led the implementation of a centralised ESG platform and helped triple employee participation in volunteering within six months through a leadership incentive scheme.
More recently, at Women Choice, I worked with corporate and government stakeholders to understand organisational priorities, identify emerging market needs and develop tailored programmes focused on social impact and organisational development. I also developed and launched an expert-led Masterclass offering, combining market insight, client consultation and programme design.
Earlier in my career, I worked on international development projects in East Africa and initiatives supporting Lebanon's financial and non-profit communities, including digital platform development, research, stakeholder engagement and fundraising.
I enjoy working at the intersection of strategy, people and implementation: understanding complex challenges, bringing stakeholders together, developing practical solutions and turning ideas into measurable outcomes. I hold an MSc in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the London School of Economics and a BA in International Relations and Politics from SOAS University of London.
I am particularly interested in remote opportunities in programme and project management, sustainability and ESG, social impact, strategic initiatives, and strategy and operations. I bring a cross-cultural perspective, strong stakeholder management skills and fluency in English, French and Arabic.
