I’m an enthusiastic and self-motivated IT Support Specialist with experience managing the support services provided to users on site. I’ve worked with hardware and software installations, and I support users by handling real-world setup and troubleshooting needs.
I bring strong experience in configuration of LAN, WAN, and WiFi, along with supporting Microsoft Windows systems and Mac OS X. I’m confident I can work under pressure, as part of a team or on my own initiative when needed.
My objectives are to make use of my existing knowledge of support while further developing my skills within the IT industry. I’ve also coordinated IT activities and supported schools and users through practical day-to-day technology needs.
