What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote work where I can train and evaluate AI for Latin American cultural policy—writing accurate Q&A, detecting bias and cultural hallucinations, and supporting Rioplatense Spanish ASR—while collaborating with teams who value cultural credibility.

I train and evaluate AI models focused on culture, music, creative industries, and public policies related to the cultural sector and integration in Latin America, especially in content that can easily become inaccurate, Eurocentric, or biased. I'm not a generic scorer: I help organizations generate credible results and detect historical, political, or territorial biases in LLM exam responses.

With over 20 years spanning senior cultural public management, premier cultural journalism, and academic guest lecturing, I’ve coordinated budgets and national programs, led provincial cultural institutions, and managed large-scale festivals, tours, and event logistics. I also build cultural annotation guidelines for labeling teams, and I bring lived musical and community expertise (DJ and musical selector) to support ASR training in Rioplatense Spanish and culturally accurate Q&A pair writing.
