I am a motivated and dynamic professional with experience in administrative support, customer service, and volunteer leadership. I’m recognized for proactive decision-making, analytical thinking, and dedication to delivering high-quality results in both professional and volunteer capacities.

In my current role as a “Verification, Inspection and Registration Officer – Driver’s Vehicle and Licensing Authority (National Service),” I inspect vehicles to confirm identity (VIN/Chassis number, engine number, plates), approve or refuse registration based on inspection results, and register vehicles and motorbikes using biodata and licensed documentation. I also work closely with police, customs, insurers, and enforcement agencies on suspicious cases.

Previously, I served as a “Biometric Verification Officer - Electoral Commission of Ghana,” verifying voter identities with biometric systems, setting up verification equipment, and guiding voters with patience and professionalism. I have also completed data verification as “Data Verification Executive – Docupro Limited (Acreaty Ghana),” handled cash and daily records as “Cashier – Ray’s Food Court,” and supported medical first aid as Medical Personnel (First Aider) – African Games, strengthening my ability to respond quickly under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
