I'm currently at Nautical, part of Circle Group, where I connect brokers, underwriters, and senior stakeholders with actionable claims-performance insights. I also led a claims management system migration, mapping legacy data, validating integrity, training users, and resolving post-migration issues.

At Craftinsure, a digital MGA, I managed the full claims lifecycle and partnered with product, technology, and compliance teams to improve workflows and customer journeys. I served as the bridge between operational users and technical teams while delivering forecasting, reserving analysis, and risk summaries to leadership.

Earlier, at Omnicom Finance, I managed international financial transactions and created forecasts and strategic summaries for senior leadership. My Lloyd's market exposure includes Marine, K&R, and Property risk assessment and placement workflows.

I'm looking to bring my insurance domain knowledge, claims-system migration experience, and commercial analysis to customer success, helping insurtech clients adopt platforms and achieve measurable outcomes.
