I’m a Senior Technical Program Manager with 7+ years leading end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs across financial-platform, telecom, and travel-tech systems. I run delivery through Engineering, Product, Legal/Compliance, Finance, and external partners—owning scope, milestones, dependencies, risk, governance, and executive reporting.

My work is built around regulated environments where precision matters. I delivered three regulation-bound market launches with zero date slippage and $3.9M combined impact (including $1.9M legal-loss prevention), leading a regulation-driven redesign across 6 squads and shipping on the original date for a key Italy launch.

I also deliver at scale—shipping a distributed data platform handling 12+ TB and 300k+ RPS daily, plus a universal banking-API integration that connected external financial partners for +10% product revenue. On top of that, I’ve built production AI delivery workflows (Claude + n8n) to automate L3-support triage with a stable 2–5 minute SLA and accelerate AI adoption across teams.
