I enjoy taking products from scoping to launch with engineering, design and product teams, keeping releases predictable and risks visible. • Cut feature lead time from 6 to 2–3 weeks with capacity-based planning, a shared risk register and clear SLAs

• At a US design and web studio, ran website, brand and product launches for AI and DevTools startups such as Tetrate, CopilotKit and Tavily, with 95% on-time delivery and release frequency up by 40% across clients

• At a software studio with 110+ engineers, led delivery of 20+ products with budgets up to $500K and took a user-facing product from concept to 10K+ monthly active users across platform, website and mobile apps
