I’m a Barista Maestro (Shift Manager) at Costa Coffee, focused on keeping shifts running smoothly while delivering consistently high-quality customer service in a busy drive-thru environment. I thrive in fast-paced settings where clear communication and calm decision-making matter.

In my current role, I manage daily operations, maintain high standards, and ensure customer satisfaction. I also train and supervise staff, helping teams stay organised, work efficiently, and keep service and cleanliness levels strong.

Before Costa Coffee, I worked as a Security Officer – Stansted Airport (2022–2024), where I ensured passenger safety and compliance with airport regulations. I delivered excellent customer service under pressure and collaborated effectively as part of a large, fast-paced team.

Earlier experience includes working as a Production Operative at Siemens Healthineers (2020–2022), where I supported production lines with accuracy and quality, met targets, and maintained attention to detail in a regulated environment. I began my career as an Apprentice Hairdresser at Elite Hair Design (2016–2020), building strong customer relationships while maintaining salon hygiene and presentation standards.
