I am a reliable and hardworking hospitality professional with a strong background in bar work and customer service. My experience spans both front- and back-of-house roles, where I have consistently focused on efficiency, teamwork, and maintaining high service standards. I am committed to creating positive guest experiences and contributing to a well-run, professional team environment.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in high-pressure environments, including working as a Barback and Floor Staff at The Forge, where I supported senior bartenders during busy evenings and private events. My role involved everything from preparing garnishes to maintaining a clean and organized bar, all while providing friendly and engaging service to create memorable customer experiences.

In addition to my bar work, I have also worked as a Hospitality Team Member at Constellation Events, where I managed pop-up bars and food stations at major events. My ability to adapt to different event types and handle customer queries with calm professionalism has been instrumental in my success. I am currently pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Sports & Exercise Science at London Metropolitan University, balancing my studies with ongoing hospitality work.
