I've led TOTVS Protheus evolution projects at TMG through IDV Labs, coordinating business teams, key users, technical teams, consultancies, and suppliers across integrations, customizations, testing, and deployments.
Previously at CMP – Metalgráfica Paulista, I managed and evolved an industrial Protheus environment, conducted five version and release migrations, and led ERP-to-MES integration initiatives. I also implemented automated production orders and barcode- and QR-code-enabled workflows for picking, shipping, invoicing, and inventory.
My background combines technical and functional Protheus work in ADVPL, SQL, AppServer, DBAccess, RPO, APIs, and DEV/HML/PRD environments with project leadership across scope, schedules, risks, vendors, homologation, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
I've also managed complex healthcare, banking, and IT governance initiatives at Rede de Hospitais Santa Catarina, MV Sistemas, Philips, Citibank, and Sabesprev. My career began at Microsiga, now TOTVS, where I worked directly on Protheus implementation, customization, solution design, and product evolution.
