What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic initiatives and Agile delivery work where I can bring structure to complex priorities, improve reporting and processes, coach teams, and help cross-functional leaders move work forward.

At Medisolv, I partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to coordinate strategic initiatives, create executive dashboards and portfolio reporting, and keep priorities moving across Product, Engineering, Finance, Customer Experience, and Operations.

I've led and supported Agile teams at Concord Technologies and IAPP, facilitating planning, refinement, standups, retrospectives, releases, and cross-functional delivery for healthcare technology, CMS, and eCommerce platform initiatives.

I bring structure to complex work through project plans, action trackers, decision logs, delivery metrics, and practical process improvements. I also coach teams, mentor Scrum Masters, and use AI workflows to reduce manual reporting work.

Earlier in my career, I combined web application development with Scrum leadership and coordinated CRM configurations, client onboarding, content workflows, and customer experience improvements.
