At Motus Integrated Technologies, I built and standardized capacity-planning models across Interiors, Headliners, and Fibers. I translated demand and operational data into capacity, resource, and constraint visibility across two sites and 50+ assets/workcenters.
I evaluated capital requirements and asset-utilization scenarios, including a capacity reallocation that avoided purchasing a 700-ton machine by using available 650-ton capacity. I delivered monthly planning updates to Division President and Commercial leadership across Mexico and the U.S.
Earlier at Motus Integrated Technologies, I led NPI and launch execution for Toyota programs and coordinated production trials, validation, schedules, and readiness. I also coordinated the transfer of a thermoforming line from the U.S. to Saltillo.
At General Motors de México - Ramos Arizpe, I managed supplier readiness audits and supplier quality across GM programs. My work included APQP, PPAP, R@R, and production readiness, as well as supporting approximately 5 Greenfield suppliers from facility setup through production readiness.
