I seek a senior engineering or architecture role where I can lead hybrid infrastructure and network projects, drive migrations and automation, mentor teams, and shape strategic IT landscapes in a collaborative environment.

I am a lead platform and network engineer with extensive experience designing and operating hybrid infrastructures and enterprise networks. I focus on pragmatic, maintainable solutions that align with business goals.

At Axa Bank Belgium I helped shape the target IT landscape for merging banks, laying the foundation for architecture processes, migrating to a hybrid infrastructure, and redrawing the network to meet new operational requirements.

As an infrastructure team lead and project specialist at EuroChem Antwerp, I led a small team supporting 450 employees and delivered major migrations and projects including Office365, Cisco 9000 series rollouts, BI implementations, the ISA95 third layer and multiple MES deployments while coordinating vendors and integrators.

I began in helpdesk and infrastructure support, which honed my troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder-management skills. I bring a mindset of logic, simplicity and automation to large-scale infrastructure challenges and enjoy mentoring teams and driving reliable migrations.
