I’m an Information Systems professional with more than four years of progressive experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, system administration, network operations, and banking technology at the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia. I manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory users and permissions, and day-to-day enterprise IT support to keep mission-critical services running.

I bring practical expertise in Cisco and Huawei networking, including routing and switching, VLAN configuration, and network troubleshooting. I also support ATM operations by monitoring availability, investigating incidents, and coordinating timely resolution across hardware, software, communication, and application issues.

Alongside my enterprise IT work, I’m an AI Trainer and Audio Evaluation Specialist focused on AI data annotation and audio evaluation. I evaluate AI-generated responses for quality, accuracy, consistency, and guideline compliance, and I review prompts and responses to detect factual inaccuracies, grammar issues, and instruction-following errors.

I’m proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning in rapidly evolving technology environments. I apply annotation guidelines consistently, produce structured feedback to support machine learning and LLM improvement, and maintain clear technical documentation, operational reports, and maintenance records.
