I’m a motivated, detail-oriented Computer Science professional with strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, programming, data management, and AI fundamentals. I’m experienced in analyzing technical information, solving complex problems, and working with digital technologies to deliver reliable outcomes.

In my Technical IT/IS Officer role at the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, I provided technical support for computer hardware and software, installed and maintained operating systems, and managed network devices and connectivity. I also monitored system performance, resolved technical issues, supported implementation of new technology solutions, and maintained system security and user accounts.

I’m especially passionate about AI development—particularly data annotation, prompt engineering, and improving AI model performance through high-quality training data. I bring strong communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, and fast learning to support high-quality data evaluation and model response assessment.
