I am a Technical Business Analyst with an MSc in Information Technology and practical experience in banking and academia. I currently work at the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia analyzing financial data, market trends, and customer behavior to inform product and service decisions.
Since October 2019 I have lectured in the Information Technology department at Ambo University (Woliso campus), teaching multiple courses and mentoring students while developing curricula and academic programs.
I began my professional career as a system service graduate trainee at the Cooperative Bank of Oromia, gaining hands-on experience in customer service, data management, and system troubleshooting. I hold CCNA v7 and Certificate(s) of Competency up to Level IV in Hardware & Network Service and Database Administration.
I lead teams with integrity, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, and I focus on motivating others to exceed objectives while delivering high-quality, professional results.
