What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue delivering enterprise remote and service desk support, with opportunities to work on identity, endpoint, and access management while improving incident resolution and customer experience.

I'm supporting KPMG through Hemmersbach, managing enterprise device onboarding with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot while administering Azure Active Directory access.

I diagnose hardware, software, and network incidents, document work in ServiceNow, and provide remote support by phone, email, and chat while meeting SLA targets.

Previously at Sutherland Global Services, I supported VPN, VDI, Citrix Virtual Apps, Avaya Softphone, and Microsoft 365 services for work-at-home programs. I also coached new joiners, managed escalations, and helped maintain secure connectivity for hundreds of remote employees.
