At Factumsoft LLC, I lead wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design for the core product, grounding each iteration in user feedback and usability findings. I partner with developers and product managers through implementation and maintain the shared component library.
I also design AI-driven product surfaces, including prompt and chat inputs, streaming states, source citations, and graceful handling of low-confidence and error states. I use Midjourney and Firefly for concept imagery, and ChatGPT and Claude for research synthesis, persona drafting, and UX copy; I also create working HTML/CSS prototypes so stakeholders can test the experience.
