At Capgemini, I support CSL Behring’s global life sciences teams with Veeva Vault PromoMats, MedComms, and CRM, improving content management, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
I build API-based integrations using Veeva Vault REST APIs, Python, and SQL to surface business-critical data, metadata, lifecycle information, and customer-facing content. I also create Power BI and Qlik dashboards that help leaders monitor CRM adoption, content review timelines, operational KPIs, and review-cycle efficiency.
I partner with global stakeholders on requirements workshops, UAT, validation, deployment, and change management. My process redesign work reduced manual effort by approximately 40%, while my training and governance work strengthened Veeva Vault adoption, compliance, and team productivity.
