Across roles, I’ve built AI-powered and data-informed experiences—like an AI RFP response engine using tagged prior responses and an LLM assistant to cut response time by up to 60%, plus integrations with Google Vertex AI and NIMBUS Uno. Earlier, I drove channel growth and retention in ad-tech, implemented analytics with Mixpanel/GA, and used automation (ManyChat/Drift) to improve conversion and adoption outcomes.
