I’m a results-driven Finance and Order-to-Cash (O2C) professional with 8+ years of experience across Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application, mortgage financial servicing, cash analytics, and process automation. I bring expertise in credit management, dispute resolution, billing, reconciliations, and cash flow optimization.

Currently, I serve as a Collection Supervisor, handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls and email communications to resolve billing, payment, order, and account queries. I improve operational efficiency through end-to-end AR/O2C execution and by building interactive Power BI dashboards and client reports using SQL and DAX.

Previously at Infosys BPM, I worked as a Process Specialist (Order-to-Cash) and then as Cash/Business Analyst in mortgage banking financial services. I supported process innovation and measurable impact through Lean/Six Sigma practices (Green Belt, Yellow Belt), leading teams (e.g., 9 FTE and 4 FTE) while maintaining SLA adherence and accuracy, and earning Extra Miler and ISTAR/Spot recognition.

I’m especially motivated by automation and analytics that reduce manual effort and enable data-driven decisions. I’ve delivered tools that streamline reporting and stop pay processing, and I’m certified as a Power BI developer—because I want finance operations to move faster, with higher quality and clearer insights.
