At The Home Depot / Blinds.com, I designed Product Variants, an internal merchandising tool that lets teams sell multiple customer-facing versions of a product from one product record. I carried it from its April 2024 MVP through follow-on releases, while also designing B2B purchasing, customer login, and contractor mobile experiences.
I conducted customer interviews and usability studies, then used Gemini to support research synthesis—saving 20–40 hours while checking every quote and theme against source transcripts. I also trained four designers in Figma Make and Claude Code, and used Claude Code to turn the design system into a self-serve asset playground.
Earlier, I founded Rothera Cycling, designing custom hats for wholesale customers and leading UX, product, and brand for a DTC and B2B ecommerce business. I also built a personal job-search dashboard in working code and designed and built grothera.com with Claude and Figma Make.
