I’m an Operations Specialist who supports health and wellness through well-run programs, strong scheduling, and clear documentation. In high-traffic clinical settings, I deliver safe, effective fitness and wellness experiences for diverse populations.

At Summit Pacific Medical Center / Community Recreation, I manage therapy and wellness operations using Microsoft Word and Excel, while coordinating community recreation events. I also provide patient support, handle multiple priorities, and help ensure smooth, engaging outcomes—especially with indoor rock wall programs where safety is always central.

Before that, I worked as a Construction Manager from March 2016 to June 2023, managing commercial and residential projects from planning through completion. I coordinated schedules, subcontractors, and materials, prepared bids and estimates with strong attention to detail, and performed hands-on work across framing, plumbing, demolition, electrical, painting, trim, and remodeling while overseeing daily operations and site safety.

I bring a process-driven approach to both environments—clean communication, organization, and accountability. With an AA and business coursework, plus certifications including BLS, Forklift Operator, FoodHandler Permit, and RockWall Instructor, I’m ready to bring the same operational excellence to a role that values safety and execution.
