I'm looking to apply my medical coding, EHR, documentation, and analytical skills in a healthcare or health data role while continuing to grow through CPC certification and bioinformatics-focused study.

I've supported high-volume client inquiries at ModSquad, resolving issues accurately across chat, ticketing databases, CRM platforms, and proprietary software systems.

I'm pursuing Computer Science with a pathway to bioinformatics at SUNY Jamestown, maintaining a 4.0 GPA and earning Dean's List recognition. My training includes medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, electronic health records, and ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS Level II coding principles.

I'm preparing for the CPC exam after completing AAPC coursework and Practicode training with high averages, while using Python and database logic for data handling and scripting.
