As a site collection administrator, I uphold the KPMG Portal Design Guide while leading portal revamps from requirements and feasibility through design and rollout. I also build usage reporting, lead annual content clean-ups, and curate searchable libraries of high-value knowledge assets.

I pioneered an AI agent that turns Excel and image data into polished, presentation-ready PowerPoint decks, reducing manual deck-building work. My work connects raw information, market intelligence, and clear storytelling into content people can quickly find and use.

Previously, I led SharePoint 2013-to-SharePoint Online content migration, trained clients through handover, improved metadata standards, and built SharePoint sites, pages, and newsletters. I also bring digital marketing experience across email campaigns, Google and Facebook ads, and website management.
