I'm a data analyst who turns sales, operational, and customer data into clear insights through SQL, Power BI, Excel, Python, and R.
At Fabinacci Realty Properties, I analyze sales and leasing data across residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties. I build Power BI dashboards and Excel reports for sales performance, leads, demand, profitability, revenue, pricing, and sales strategy.
At Afriment, I built lead-generation, sales-funnel, customer-segment, and regional trend dashboards for Team Hack. My analysis tracked 53 leads, surfaced a 17% registration rate and 9% paid conversion rate, and identified LinkedIn and WhatsApp as the top lead channels.
