What I'm looking for

I'm looking to use data analysis, reporting automation, dashboards, and statistical insight to improve operational performance and support data-driven business decisions.

I turn messy operational data into automated, decision-ready systems. As a Business Intelligence & Analytics. I’ve designed an hourly monitoring automation that pinpoints failing banks, routes, and response codes before they become bigger incidents, and led an ITSM help desk build in Power Apps with SLA tracking and KPI dashboards., I'm part of the governance team, where I implement role-level security, build alerts, and authored the Power BI standards our team works from. With a statistics background and a love for econometrics, I don't just build dashboards. I build the reliable data foundations that predictive models depend on, and I'm steadily growing into data science.
