I’m a results-driven professional with over 5 years of experience in commercial real estate and residential mortgage, tax. I focus on managing appraisal processes with strong compliance, while performing tax research and handling escrow accounts with accuracy.

In my current role as a Senior Analyst I at Newmark CRE Services Pvt Ltd, I support the Valuation and Advisory team in India, Hyderabad. I conduct valuation of commercial properties using market and financial analysis, analyze operating statements and NOI trends, and prepare detailed valuation reports aligned with appraisal standards. I also assist state certified appraisers with front-end setup and help manage job setup assignments across property types like Land, Industrial, Office, Retail, Specialty, Multifamily, and more.

Previously, as a Process Executive at Cognizant Technology Solutions, I worked on US Mortgage file maintenance and data integrity. I performed commercial mortgage document review and compliance during loan boarding, researched county tax records and payment statuses, managed commercial escrow accounts, maintained commercial property records in One View, and handled tax-related notices through queue management. I’ve been recognized with New Hire Award (Sep 2022), Champion Award (Feb 2023), Rockstar Rookie (Mar 2024), and Star (March 2025).
