I am a Salesforce developer and junior consultant with nearly a year of professional experience focused on Apex development, Lightning Web Components, and platform administration. I have hands-on experience implementing data modeling, security, reports and dashboards, and process automation using Salesforce Flows.

I contributed to a WhatsApp Business API integration project by building a custom LWC chat interface, creating a Omni_Channel_Message__c object, and developing Apex backend logic to parse and store chat payloads. I also troubleshoot critical issues and enabled dynamic conversation switching with a tab-based UI.
