I am an Electrical Engineering professional with ~18+ years of experience executing large-scale EPC projects across EHV substations, transmission systems, and metro power supply infrastructure. Currently, as General Manager at Jakson Infra, I lead end-to-end execution of 220/33/25 kV substations and transmission projects, with full ownership of P&L, project delivery, and stakeholder management across multiple locations.

Previously with Alstom and OSCO, I delivered complex projects including 400 kV grid stations, metro traction systems, and transmission lines—handling execution, commissioning, and client interface with organizations like PGCIL, NTPC, Metro authorities, and international utilities. My core strength is driving execution excellence, improving project profitability, managing risks, and leading large teams, which aligns closely with this Head – Operations role.

I manage EPC through a structured lifecycle approach: Mobilization (resource planning, vendor finalization, baseline schedule), Execution Planning (WBS, micro-level scheduling, interface mapping), and Monitoring (weekly MIS dashboards, critical path tracking). I integrate civil, electrical, and vendors to reduce friction, mitigate risks early (ROW, approvals, supply chain), and ensure commissioning is stage-wise with testing, compliance checks, and strong documentation.

When multiple projects run in parallel, I focus on prioritization by criticality and revenue impact, centralized MIS dashboards, and delegated ownership to project managers with clear KPIs. I keep projects on track by tracking cash flow, risks, and progress across sites, enforcing a zero-harm safety culture (permit-to-work system, safety audits, PPE compliance), and protecting margins through claims & variations recovery based on contract provisions.
