Eakansh Meena

I’m an Electrical Engineer with around 1.5 years of experience in site engineering and quality assurance, and I’m now focused on stepping into project and team management roles. I’m used to coordinating with team members, tracking daily progress, and presenting consolidated updates to senior leadership.

On site, I’ve led troubleshooting efforts and coordinated cross-team collaboration to resolve technical issues and keep project objectives on schedule. I also perform quality assurance (QA) inspections on electrical equipment and components, documenting results to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and I act as a liaison between the site team and senior management.

I bring practical leadership from my project experience as well, where I led a student team to identify real-world safety challenges and build a sensor-based system to detect critical water levels in vehicles. I continuously sharpen my process improvement and risk & issue resolution approach, supported by my certification in “AI for Project Management.”
