I coordinate multi-project SAP efforts as a PMO, currently managing three initiatives across India, UAE and Africa—one implementation, one rollout, and one re-engineering/support engagement. I lead governance and planning through project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and executive status reporting, while supporting requirement validation, UAT, deployment planning, cutover readiness, go-live, and hypercare.

Previously, I served as Head – Operations for a ₹100 crore business, owning end-to-end logistics, fleet, and business operations. I managed a 350-vehicle fleet, coordinated 25,000 monthly dispatches, and led a workforce of 650 across multi-site operations, including 50 supervisors/managers and 600 blue-collar staff. I also strengthened reliability by optimizing vendor and logistics partner cost, capacity, and delivery, while driving customer retention through proactive business planning.

I bring a blend of senior operations leadership and ERP functional knowledge (SAP SD and SAP GTS) to keep stakeholders aligned, improve processes, and deliver measurable operational performance. My approach is built on clear communication, structured governance, and continuous improvement.
