I'm looking for a customer operations, CRM, or technical support role where I can resolve issues, maintain reliable customer records, improve workflows, and support customer-facing web experiences.

I’m a bilingual CRM Operations and Technical Support professional with experience in customer service, issue resolution, CRM management, web administration, and process improvement. I have managed customer requests, maintained accurate CRM records, investigated operational issues, and coordinated solutions through resolution.

I also have hands-on experience building and testing web applications using Next.js, Supabase, and Netlify, which has strengthened my troubleshooting, QA, and problem-solving skills. I regularly use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve communication, research, troubleshooting, and workflows.
