I've owned and managed two active online stores, handling supplier relationships in China, product orders, international shipping, and day-to-day online operations. I later sold both stores for a total of NIS 22,000.

In my current role with Lehavim Local Council, I help residents by phone, manage service requests, and coordinate with the right municipal departments in a busy service environment.

I've also worked independently in fully remote online operations, managing communication, account tasks, and daily digital workflows. I'm comfortable learning new systems quickly and solving problems independently.

My IDF service in the Artillery and Medical Corps strengthened my discipline, responsibility, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure. I bring native Hebrew and high-level English to customer-facing and international supplier communication.
