I’m looking for a role where I can lead analytics that drive growth and financial impact—combining experimentation, BI, and automation with close stakeholder partnership in a fast-paced, global environment.

I’m a Strategy & Analytics Lead with 7+ years of experience delivering data-driven insights and leading strategic initiatives across consulting, retail, and tech in fast-paced, high-growth environments. I specialize in turning raw data into stories that influence tactical decisions and move business KPIs.

In my current role as Analytics Team Lead, I manage a cross-functional analytics pod delivering strategic insights and data products to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. I lead projects that democratize access to data through self-service tools and create proactive recurring reports and actionable insights for leadership.

Previously at Spin (FEMSA Fintech), I owned end-to-end analytics (ETL, data modeling, deep dives, dashboards, and enterprise-level reporting) to support user growth strategy—acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue. I increased acquired and active users by +10pp, reduced churn by 5% YoY, and built experimentation frameworks using advanced statistical analysis and AI tools to validate growth campaign performance.

Earlier, at Trax Retail, I performed global data analytics and BI initiatives across AMER, APAC, and EMEA, delivering process improvement insights with savings up to $15M USD per year. I started my career at Deloitte Consulting Group supporting global M&A and RPA evaluation work, building a strong foundation in process improvement, automation, and stakeholder alignment.
