I’m a Full Stack Software Engineer and Tech Lead focused on building modern, scalable applications with JavaScript/TypeScript, strong front-end interfaces in React, and efficient backend ecosystems in Node.js and NestJS. I care deeply about software quality—automation, accessibility (WCAG), and reliable delivery through CI/CD.

In my current principal role, I’m responsible for full-stack development across two products and I lead architectural decisions, cloud infrastructure, and code governance. I’ve built multi-tenant access control for 399 municipalities with tenant-aware JWT to prevent cross-tenant data leakage, and I’ve driven end-to-end workflows that combine AI-assisted development with validated planning and TDD-based implementation.

I also optimize engineering systems, not just features. I architected a budgeting engine using the Strategy pattern to raise test coverage from 60% to 96% with unit and mutation testing (Stryker/Vitest), and I formalized a code review process that reduced production bug incidence by over 60%. On cloud delivery, I built Docker environments and multi-front CI/CD pipelines with automated deploys and migrations on Oracle Cloud, cutting new-developer setup time from days to minutes.

Before that, I led backend and quality initiatives—cutting AWS infrastructure costs by 81% and latency by 50% through MongoDB index optimization and cleanup automation, while also improving deployments with Docker and Kubernetes via GitHub Actions. I’ve supported teams through SDET work using Playwright, Vitest, and K6 load testing, and I’ve mentored 50+ developers in React/TypeScript as a Front End Development Instructor.
