I’m looking for a hospitality role where I can thrive in fast-paced, high-volume service—bringing exceptional wine knowledge, tight allergy and pacing discipline, and leadership that turns every shift into a memorable guest experience.

I’ve built my career in fast-paced, high-volume hospitality settings, where I’m known for exceptional wine knowledge, customer service, and problem-solving that consistently improves guest experiences.

I also lead creatively—directing a two-week kids’ theatre camp and teaching a two-and-a-half-hour musical—bringing adaptability, clear vision, and team leadership to every production and shift.

From catering events (up to 2,000 attendees) to high-end brunch service (150 covers and $8,000+ in sales), I pace courses, coordinate wine with a sommelier, follow allergy protocols, and turn busy days into a great moment that makes someone’s day brighter.
