What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead teams, stay organized with schedules, assessments, and payroll, and use my de-escalation and compliance mindset to support clients and staff with clear communication and accountability.

I’m an Office Manager focused on keeping care operations organized, compliant, and people-centered. I conduct interviews, schedule caregivers onto clients, conduct assessments for new clients, and handle payroll while leading a team of 60 caregivers.

Before that, I built a strong foundation in safety and accountability as a Security Supervisor. I patrol inside the mall and parking lot, train new officers, write incident reports, coordinate with police, and handle conflict calmly through de-escalation and clear communication.

I also bring hands-on behavioral support experience as a Registered Behavioral Technician. I provide one-on-one assistance to multiple students with multiple disabilities, use de-escalate strategies, perform data collection, and apply ABA understanding and techniques—backed by an Associate in Social Work.
