What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my industrial and systems engineering, estimating, and project coordination experience to technical projects where I can improve processes, manage cost and schedule, and solve cross-functional challenges.

At Maxair Mechanical, I manage the cost, schedule, and execution of five or more concurrent commercial construction projects across healthcare, education, and commercial facilities. I coordinate engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and clients while identifying risks and developing recovery plans.

Previously, as an Estimating Co-Op, I performed HVAC and plumbing take-offs, cost analyses, and proposal leveling that contributed to more than $3.6 million in awarded project work. I review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to quantify scope, evaluate cost drivers, and support procurement and buyout decisions.

I earned a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Kennesaw State University, graduating Cum Laude, and bring Six Sigma Green Belt training, warehouse optimization analysis, and stakeholder-focused problem solving to technical projects.
