I am an entrepreneur and AI Trainer with over 10 years of experience in business management, operations, and remote collaboration. As the founder of Crave Food Bakery, I have successfully built and managed an international business operating in the Netherlands and Italy, developing strong expertise in problem-solving, customer relations, process optimization, and strategic decision-making.

Alongside my entrepreneurial journey, I work remotely as an AI Trainer for Outlier and DataAnnotation, where I evaluate AI-generated content, perform data annotation, and contribute to improving the quality and performance of large language models. These roles have strengthened my analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work in fast-paced, distributed environments.

I also have experience as a vocational pastry instructor, combining technical expertise with mentoring and communication skills. My academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Modern Literature and a Master's in Food & Wine Journalism from Gambero Rosso.
