I’m looking to grow my bakery and teaching work by partnering with restaurants, hotels, caterers, and businesses—delivering vegan American & Italian pastries, frozen desserts, and professional pastry education that supports sustainable, health-conscious hospitality.

I’m the Owner of Crave Food Bakery, an American B2B/B2C bakery since 2014, known for bespoke cakes and desserts with vegan and traditional pastry options. I bake to order, creating cakes, dessert, and a wide range of Vegan baked goods for both everyday moments and special events.

My expertise spans American and Italian specialties, which has helped me build partnerships with B2B and B2C clients across Italy and Europe. I also ship frozen cakes and dessert to Italy and Europe, including dry sweets like cookies and biscotti.

I’m also expanding the gastronomy scene through education: I work as an AI trainer at Outlier (AI Italian trainer) and as a teaching professional at ENAIP, where I teach professional pastry courses for American pastry and typical Italian regional pastry. I’m driven by inclusivity, sustainability, and health-conscious choices in hospitality.
