At Sicredi, I built the Open Finance regulatory incident management program from the ground up and scaled it from 20 to 200 monthly cases. I coordinate action plans across engineering, product, and business teams without direct authority.
I authored the formal remediation commitment submitted to Brazil's Central Bank (BACEN), including the incident timeline, root cause analysis, and delivery plan. The commitment was executed on schedule.
At Agibank, I coordinated regulatory-driven updates to the Matera core banking platform in a zero-rollback environment, diagnosing and resolving production issues without service interruption. I also acted as Product Owner for Card Processing.
Earlier, at Saque e Pague, I traced a systemic network failure across 1,100 ATMs to a single root cause and built the business case for dedicated network links. My experience also includes distributed systems at Hewlett-Packard and banking-device development at Perto S.A.
