At Nubank, I build and evolve Clojure services that consume and produce Kafka events for fixed-income operations, working with Datomic and distributed microservices on AWS. I also built AI agent skills for an internal Cursor plugin that turns technical assessments into structured Jira backlogs.
At Bradesco, I was tech lead for a corporate banking platform processing about R$50M a day in credit and regulatory operations. I owned its microservices architecture and worked on scalability, resilience, performance, and production incident response.
At Serasa Experian, I reduced production incidents by 80% through root cause analysis and preventive engineering, and cut MTTR by 77% by redesigning incident response workflows and improving observability with Datadog. I also resolved performance bottlenecks and concurrency issues in distributed financial microservices.
Earlier, I designed the Java and Spring Boot backend for a fintech POS platform at Serasa Experian and helped keep Flexpag's eight backend microservices at 99.9% transactional consistency. Across my work, I've built financial transaction services, optimized PostgreSQL queries, and automated recurring operational tasks with Python.
