As an independent Growth Marketing and Digital Advertising professional, I designed and optimized paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads to attract qualified prospects and convert sales. I developed conversion funnels and ran A/B tests to optimize CPA, CTR, ROAS, and ROI.
At Iniciativa Comunitarias Somos Resistencia, I wrote and institutionalized a strategic and operational manual, and trained volunteer teams in active listening, nonviolent communication, and psychological first aid. I also work as a martial arts instructor and coordinator, and previously handled customer service and telephone sales at a Call Center.
