What I'm looking for

I'm looking for fully remote work, ideally in consultative sales, customer success or customer-facing roles. I'm available across GMT-4, aligned with U.S. Eastern time.

At Herbolario Navarro, I advised clients one-to-one on supplements, natural cosmetics and organic products, identifying their needs before recommending products. I also explained technical and scientific information in clear, accessible language.

I managed orders and stock in SAP MM, handled cash register transactions, and coordinated with suppliers to support product availability. My Master's in Human Nutrition and Applied Dietetics supports my work in health and wellness.

At Odiosa Food, I managed supplier relationships from ordering through delivery-note checks and carried out weekly stock and inventory control. I also led the service team by designing schedules and shifts and supervising customer care.
