Gabriel Antunes Zuffo

I’m an IT Trainee with experience supporting employees and classrooms while helping deliver inclusion initiatives through IT. I’ve worked on “JACAD system support,” general IT infrastructure support, and routine execution with an emphasis on reliability and follow-through.

In my TI Trainee roles, I’ve contributed to “development of internal projects in React” and supported day-to-day needs like PC and Chromebook assembly and formatting, application installation, and network cable crimping. I also supported multimedia management, including “projection and audio control in classrooms and auditoriums,” and conducted training and operational routines.

Beyond support work, I’m building stronger technical depth through System Analysis study, with development in Python and PHP plus “Big data, AI, IOT, Power BI, React.” I combine practical IT operations with database work (MySQL modeling and management, plus SQL Server and Oracle setup) and cloud exposure (Azure, Oracle OCI) to improve how teams run, learn, and deliver outcomes.
