Gabriel Alejandro Alemán Rodríguez

I’m an AI developer and automation engineer with 3.5 years of professional experience, focused on turning manual business processes into automated, AI-powered workflows. I own problems end-to-end—from process analysis and requirements translation to building and deploying self-running systems.

In my current role at Darien Technology Panamá (hybrid), I design, build, and maintain AI-powered automation workflows in n8n. I integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Anthropic) using prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization, and I use agentic tooling like Claude Code and Hermes Agent for more autonomous automation.

I’ve shipped tangible automations, including an n8n + Twilio + WhatsApp interactive game with around 60 registrations that replaced a dedicated staff role (under $5 in ChatGPT API costs). I also built an AI HR dashboard adopted by Darien’s HR department to filter and rank candidates, and I automated email triage with 15,000 emails processed to date—replacing manual handling with cross-system synchronization.

Before that, I worked as a Technical Consultant at Swap Support Spain / Netherlands, supporting SAP on Windows servers through app repair, updates, installation, and maintenance. I’m currently pursuing a B.Eng. in Networks with a security emphasis, and I bring a practical foundation in server infrastructure, systems operations, and databases to every automation I ship.
