I'm looking for opportunities where I can use English communication, learner or customer support, research, and cross-cultural collaboration to deliver clear guidance, accurate information, and better experiences.

I've taught English at English School Indonesia and Pertiwi 1 High School, delivering speaking- and grammar-focused lessons, assessing learner proficiency, and leading English Club activities with foreign speakers.

In remote customer operations at PT IndoInovasi Teknologi, I supported 150+ customers monthly and improved support resources to reduce recurring complaints by 20%. I also administer TOEFL data, translate English-Indonesian materials, and now research, validate, and maintain accurate records as an independent Data Steward for Veeva Systems.
