At Momento, I own the backlog and prioritization for two live web and mobile products and their admin platforms. I turn business and operations needs into workflows, specifications, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria.
I coordinate delivery with an external software vendor through monthly Agile/Scrum sprints, from solution design to release. I prepare and run UAT and end-to-end tests, validate web and mobile builds, and test REST APIs with Postman.
For Core Admin, I define workflows, requirements, and MVP scope for a CRM and back-office platform that brings card and gift portal administration into one system. I also delivered balance-loading modules that automate operations and reduce manual effort.
Before becoming Product Manager, I worked in data analytics and reporting at Momento, analyzing user behavior and building SQL-based workflows to validate metrics. I use SQL and product KPIs to investigate issues and support product decisions.
